RUXE' (Kaqchikel) means "Root" — the origin of everything.
KAQAW (Kaqchikel) means "Cacao" — the sacred nourishment.
We are a collective of guardian families of the volcanic land of Atitlán and diverse regions of Guatemala. We honor the ancestral Mayan tradition, reinterpreting it for the modern and global palate.

Specialty coffee grown under shade at 1,600 masl. Intense aromas of chocolate and citrus, with a complex body that captures the unique essence of our volcanic land and the tradition of its guardians.
Highland Flora
Pure honey from native bees, cultivated in the floral richness of the Guatemalan highlands. A natural sweetness, intact and unprocessed, that reflects the essence of our sacred land.

We were born on the slopes of the volcanoes that embrace Lake Atitlán, where volcanic soil and highland climate meet to bring to life flavors that exist nowhere else in the world.
We are a collective of guardian families of this sacred land, cultivating and harvesting with profound respect for nature and the legacy of those who preceded us.
Every cacao bean, every coffee cherry, and every drop of honey guards the story of generations who have cared for these volcanic soils. In them lives the memory, the ancestral wisdom, and the commitment to share with the world the authentic flavors of Guatemala.
